The AutoCal calibration is true "hands-free" calibration with built-in error protection. The AGM will make all adjustments and inform the user when the calibration is complete. The date and time of the successful calibration will be stored in the memory of the AGM and will be displayed during subsequent turn-on sequences. Error protection will display a warning message and prohibit the calibration of the sensor if incorrect calibration gas is used or if a sensor is defective. The removable sensor cover allows easy access to sensors for simple replacement.
PTO Connector and Accessories
The PTO connector allows power connections for a MINIPump, HILITE, remote readout accessories and communication for PC interface. The attachable MINIPump allows samples to be drawn from remote locations. A hydrophobic filter prevents liquid from entering the pump and a low flow alarm and display will warn the user of sample line blockage. The HILITE alarm is used for high noise environments. This high decibel alarm will sound and display bright "strobe-like" lights when alarm conditions exist. The Remote Readouts (RA-100 and RA-101) consist of a rugged case which will display readings that duplicate those of the AGM up to a distance of 50 feet. When alarm levels exist, the RA will display them and sound a 100db horn. All AGM models are data-logging ready. Once the unit is connected to a computer the information may be downloaded to display date, time of samples and the level of each gas. This data can be recalled from the PC by operator, date or instrument serial number.
